If you cannot be with us that day in Sopot, we invite you to enter the water in your area.
You can invite or inspire other people and arrange a shared entrance to the water.
If you are not able to enter the water you can join us in the intention of peace and freedom at sunrise.
The Sea of Angels is a social initiative that brings people together.It's a community that practices baths every day in the cold Baltic at sunrise. He inspires to take care of himself and others, to healthy practices, to conscious contact with nature and with cold, which have therapeutic effects.
