Independence Day 11.11.2020 Wednesday 6.30

On the beach of the Sea of Angels in Sopot, gathered several dozen people. It's amazing how much we need to be together at this time. We stand in a circle, one next to the other, shoulder to shoulder in total darkness. We give our name out loud and where we are from: Sopot, Gdynia, Gdańsk, Olsztyn, Poznań ... and further into our country. Our thoughts spin in the air, strengthen the energy field, which like a matrix forms today and every morning on the beach at entrance 28. We build a road together that is easier to follow. In the middle of the circle Jacek Starościak, the first president of Free Gdańsk and the head of Sopot Seas punches White – Red Flag.

We close our eyes. I invite you to enter your mind with your thoughts. We feel the warmth spreading in our hearts, body and soul. Standing bare feet that touch cold and wet sand, we connect with the energy that flows from the middle of the earth. Feel how the flow goes from the feet through the calves, knees, thighs to the hips, feeds the legs, reaches to the abdomen, and further to the chest, savors in the heart, passes through the throat, which finally He says his JA. Running what's inside of us goes to mind. The point between the eyes and ears becomes noticeable, it becomes densely from the different thoughts that build us, but also those that weaken us. I search my mind for an outlet to clear my head. I also encourage others to do so. I find in my imagination my outlet by opening my head to what's above me. What I don't need goes away. Finally I'm free of what's wrong with me. And I'm making room for the new guy. I can feel how we connect energetically with common wisdom, with something much bigger than in each of us individually and even with something much bigger than in all of us together. I feel next to me on the left hand of Asi Grzybowska and on the right of Mai Lesinska, we are in the Sea of Angels together from the beginning. Today we stand in one circle, holding space for those who came here for the first time and those who are with us permanently, coming voluntarily when the dawn of every day. Energy flows freely through us all. We stay in it for a while to take this feeling with us to cold water and experience it. We breathe deeply. We calmly open our eyes to new ones.

It's clear! How amazing it feels to believe that The best is still ahead of us.

We go in the cold water together. The dense and transparent sea puts us back in the circle, this form of assembly causes that We're all equal, we see our faces, shyly smile at each other with tremors in the body, predicting what's about to happen. Water washes our bodies, from feet to higher parts of our bodies, slowly moving upwards, centimeter by centimeter. We stop in place, we get air and together, at one moment we dip into the neck, we feel a strong impact of the cold wave, the current goes through the whole body and spreads across the circle, over us we feel a condensed energy that collects over the water surface, like fog between our heads. The willing are waiting for a three-time dip in the head. And we do it together in one second. A few dozen heads, one minute it disappears underwater. It's energetically boiling! The compressed energy finds an outlet, peels away from our heads and dissolves over a vast array of seaboards that wave around us. He's finally playing the hard part.We're coming out of the water. We hear a shared deep breath, a murmur and sighing of so many people, a feeling of relief, somewhere a shout. And we repeat, three four-yards... we land a second time underwater. The cold feeling is a little different, more predictable, our bodies already know what it's like. Once again, we rise up, take a breath and land under water for the third time. It's CISSA! The third time is very difficult – before the third dip the head begs for mercy and says: "No, please, I can’t do it anymore. I want to stay in what I am and stay in it!", you know this state? The heart has no doubt, it is ready for another time, it wants to open up to new ones. I feel like this is the time! Often this third time causes a kind of explosion in the head, our thoughts break apart into tiny poppies, they finally give space for what is waiting in our hearts to occur, intentions begin to live in us, After such a large joint entrance, nothing will be the same.

The event of group silence is described by Sheryl Ericson, co-author of: Cenetered on The Edge, a book that inspired the writing of "Group Magic": "Silence, and it has many kinds, is a place where transformation and magic can happen in the group. There has been a transformation in this story, giving life to individuals with deeper collective consciousness. Many who have been there today represent the power of positive change. In this story, the group acted as a sphere for the whole - good and horror, and from its reminiscent womb of silence something new is born."

Many of the participants of that day knew that it was really a difficult entry. The next joint steps were to release what we do not need on a conscious and often unconscious level.

The completion of our morning together was FREEDOM CEREMONY at the Shipyard. The second meeting in the cycle, that day led by Ania Sierpowska, my sister soul - a medicine woman, who draws her energy and knowledge from many years of practice and training Movement Medicine, authentic movement and 5Rythms, Ma-Uri Bodywork, therapy Bioenergy Lowen, GaGa and Mindfulness. Ania is also co-author of the book "The Magic of the Group" wrote a piece, so suitable for what happened during these common days in Tricity.

"The period of stress and crisis in which we are currently in is pushing us into at least two important forces – one of them is our dark side: aggression, rage, unbridled anger, self-defense. In times of crisis, we begin to see revealed truths, to understand the passing and impermanence of life. It brings delicacy and open-minded hearts. A connection to others is born."

That evening on Wednesday 11.11., Ania invited to co-create the area of strengthening and strengthening. We took the Body, the Spirit, the Emotions, the holiness of everyday life, the truth of the encounter. We looked at each other individually and collectively. We entered the process of celebrating life as it is, considering that We are part of the river of life, in conjunction with the sentient body - in which lives our story and the message that we carry together. Quoting Ania: "Especially now, FREEDOM needs support - it manifests itself in feeling, in the flow of emotion, in the flow of creative energy."

Saturday morning 14.11 was the time for the merger of dawn and dusk. The Sea of Angels with Movement Medicine invited to SHAKE IT OFF in the sea at dawn. This morning we met on the beach in lightness to enter into the joy of life together, in confidence in what brings us every day. Standing on the beach once again, on cold sand with a great desire to warm up, drive the blood in your body, fill with breath what serves us, among those who together believe that power is in us. Power combined together, gives chances to even start in the GWSC World Championships in extreme swimming. 'Cause didn't we just have live in a world of masterfully extreme changes and sensationswhich every day gives us the outside world at a pandemic time?

Freedom in Us and for Us Involuntary tremors and tensions from the body, in shared immersion in water, in the joy of the rising sun, even if hidden behind the clouds...

I'm lIder and business practice, Executive Coach, facilitator, negotiator. Inspired by international artists dealing with transformation and communication (Alan Briskin, GLEN, Art of Conventioning), I am on the road using experience and talent in a new way - engaging collective wisdom. For more than 25 years I have been in business in management, of which 6 years as a member of the board of the development companies group. I graduated from the Management Development Program at the ICAN Institute at Harvard Business Review, MBA studies at the French Institute of Management and other leadership development programs. I wrote a book: "Group magic" – a position bringing together over 50 contributors, integrating many stories, thoughts and inspirations about groups. After finishing a postgraduate Multi-Level Coaching school, as a coach, I use new methods of communication in teams. I cooperate, among others, with Piotr Palagin and Anna Sierpowska, I am in constant supervision with Wojciech Eichelberger. Strong character I grind as an amateur athlete, motivating my teams, introducing practices in an organization called "wellbeing level hard". I finished four triathlons of sprint in the Polish Championships. While swimming in open waters, I won a silver medal in the 2018 Polish Masters Open Water Championships and the 2020 Gdynia Winter Swimming Cup.
