What is life energy and can it be put off? Are we born with a certain resource? Can we get her back?

Most of the time, we don't wonder at all where this different feeling comes from in the morning. No matter how long we sleep, there are days when we run out of a bed full of euphoria and simply "spray with energy", there are days when we feel like a "wake after us" totally without it.

Life energy, in a general conventional approach, gives life to our body. It beats our heart and blood nourishes every cell, lungs breathe and muscles put the body in motion.

But the undeniable fact is that life energy is not just physiology!

 

Often in common language we use terms such as "I am without energy" or "I have lost energy to life". Are we really thinking about physiology?

Life energy drives our body to life, gives him kilojoules of strength and undeniable desire to act, and when we fall from strength, our bodies, signal us, its decline and most often tell us what they need most.

The cool thing about communicating with our body is that we can make it the best life guide, the most wonderful mentor and therapist. The body has the most extensive communication capability and is the most ignored voice and the displaced companion of the journey, which is life.

Life energy is needed every day, we draw from it every day, and we should replenish its resources every day, because when it is in deficit, we will feel mental exhaustion, powerlessness and fatigue. The body gently gives us signals that it needs support And the more we ignore them, the more we feel them. The forms of jamming are very many and they all lead to one.... exhaustion, thumiwism, depression, insomnia and migraines... that's for starters

When you start thinking about what I do and what I don't, your mind can start playing with the "who gives more" series before you know it, you'll be in pendolino as a passive observer of rushing judgment. Please don't blame yourself! Our thoughts, created illusions, stories created out of nowhere, is the everyday life that shapes our thought train, and behind every thought comes emotion, and every emotion is written in the body...

Negative thoughts, which often master our mind, may be, and are most often a grain that begins an endless story. We are masters in creating the world based on one triviality, ephemerality, moment and we do not even notice how we fall into a trap of negative emotions, thoughts, feelings, looks and any derivative of it.

And then what?

If the energy supply is exhausted, we're moving on, we're turning on a spiral of thought and history by forgetting where the beginning was, we're swimming, we're proud of our winding up with the feeling that we're alone in it because nobody understands us... And so we can spoil even the closest of our hearts ☹

Meanwhile, our brain uses our energy supplies only by "thinking". We can lay down! Writing a scenario of what would have happened if we were burned from within, and enough Turn the thought into a positive one so it can power our body!

A positive attitude toward life is like breathing. He feeds us without calories, paints without mascara, is the best vitamin that nourishes our brain and body. When we add breath to positive thoughts, this real, conscious, life-saving, but filling and oxygenating body and brain, we will experience a surge of energy and energy! Life energy.

Another very important building block that feeds our body into life energy is food! A light-digested diet, which does not burden the body, which provides natural fuel for the body, is an important aspect of the hygiene of life that each of us can take care of on our own.

Physical activity, outdoor movement, contact with nature, the most common contact with nature. Often what we have at our fingertips is the most underestimated source of power for us! You don't have to run, but you can ;) to make the body move. Every walk, walking to the store or to work, can be the easiest way to load our energy and take care of the body at the same time.

There's something else. Something that doesn't cost anything, that doesn't require us to take master's courses, train and consciously control our thoughts. Something that everyone has at their fingertips!

Sun😊

Solar rays are one of the strongest life energy carriers. Everyone knows that plants, nature, need the sun to live! We are part of nature and just as much as the blade of grass or nenufar in bloom, we need the sun for smile, flash in eyes, beautiful skin and joy of life. Each of us experiences joy on summer days, when we put our face to the sun in sleep, breathing in a smile, and depression in the fall, when the days get shorter and wrap us in darkness, which draws us into the abyss of our summer energy stores.

Is there any advice to that? What to do when autumn knocks on our door and greets us with darkness and grey dove sky?

Our experience shows that at sunrise, in a magical way, no matter what weather our forecast is, the sun always shows up! Sometimes for a few moments. Moments fill you with energy, power of life-giving rays, shine, which despite a cloudy autumn day, remains in the cell memory of the body and mind and illuminates the darkness every time you close your eyes for a while.

The practice I'm presenting is just a proposal. Each one of us should follow the body, follow our needs, listen and reach for what powers us., surround ourselves with people who are our support, where our bodies are light. Everything that doesn't serve us is a burden. If you master this basic communication, with yourself, you will never lose your life energy and you will always know when to rest, when you lack oxygen and you need to breathe more carefully what kind of food your body serves, and when it is worth going to meet the morning sun, which will supplement your life energy for the following days.
