Sometimes in life there is a moment when we need support to take the next step – private, professional or life.
The first part of the session, led by Julia Łaszkiewicz, is to create a map of your emotions and experiences. It's like looking at your life from a delicate, attentive perspective – you see the connections, patterns and relationships that shape your everyday life.
The second part, led by Agnieszka Kocot, is working with the body in a state of deep relaxation. With breath, yoga, and the sounds of crystal bowls, the body and mind find comfort, release tensions and open space to conscious change.
